At FloorEver ETX, we use professional-grade Rockhard products selected for durability, low odor, and long-term performance. Below is an overview of the primary systems we install.

Rockhard USA Epoxy

100% Solids Epoxy Base Coat

• High-performance, self-leveling epoxy

• Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance

• Low VOC / low odor — suitable for interior use

• Ideal as a base coat for flake, solid color, or metallic systems

• Strong build and long-term durability

Typical Uses:

Residential garages, commercial floors, and high-traffic areas.

Rockhard POLY

Polyaspartic Topcoat

• 83% solids aliphatic polyaspartic

• Fast-curing and UV stable (will not yellow)

• Excellent abrasion, chemical, and solvent resistance

• Low odor and VOC compliant

• Provides a hard, clear, glossy protective finish

Typical Uses:

Final clear topcoat over epoxy base systems for maximum durability and cleanability.

Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) Options

When needed, we use Rockhard moisture vapor barrier epoxies to help control moisture coming through the concrete slab. This is especially important in areas with higher moisture readings.
